Private Client Lawyer (3 years + PQE)

A well-established law firm, with roots dating back to the 1800s, is entering an exciting new chapter of growth and modernisation. Working closely with the Head of Department/Partner, and with experienced Private Client/Family paralegals assisting, the department is now seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to take ownership of a varied caseload covering:

• Wills
• Probate
• Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
• Estate Administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters

You will ideally have: 

• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Private Client law
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach
