Key Responsibilities

• Managing client files with appropriate supervision and ensuring full compliance
• Advising clients on a range of private client matters, including drafting and negotiating documentation
• Handling matters efficiently and in a timely manner to achieve the best outcomes for clients
• Working to agreed KPIs and demonstrating a commercial approach
• Supporting business development and building relationships with clients and referrers
• Committing to ongoing professional development

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly
• Ability to manage a caseload independently, while also supporting on more complex matters
• Organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
• Professional, discreet and client-focused
