An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the residential property team at Pickerings in Tamworth. The firm is expanding and looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its friendly and established team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move to a firm where your contribution is recognised, you're trusted to get on with your work and progression is genuinely encouraged.

The Role

You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Managing a varied residential property caseload.
• Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and to a high standard.
• Providing excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process.
• Working towards realistic and achievable fee-earning targets.
• Building strong relationships with clients and introducers.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-referrals and supporting the wider team.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.

About You

We're looking for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor with:

• 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Strong residential conveyancing experience.
• The ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• A proactive, commercially aware approach.
• A genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
• A team-focused attitude and willingness to contribute to the wider department.
