Conveyancing Fee Earner – Rainham, Essex

 Rainham, Essex | Office-Based 

I’m recruiting for a long-established local law firm in Rainham, Essex, looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their residential property team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, a manageable environment and the chance to help grow a department alongside the Partners.

The role

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold sales & purchases
• Leasehold sales & purchases
• Lease extensions
• Post-completion
• Managing files from instruction through to completion
• Working with minimal supervision and limited admin support

About you

• Minimum 1 year’s solid residential conveyancing experience
• Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX is advantageous
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially minded

Package

Salary depending on experience
Discretionary bonus of up to 10% of fees earned above target
Mainly Rainham, with occasional work from Harold Wood
Monday–Thursday 9am–5:30pm | Friday 9am–5pm
