After university, Rosie swapped the UK for Australia, where she built a successful 12-year recruitment career. Along the way, she met her partner and became a proud mum to two boys – proof that she can juggle competing priorities and still deliver results.

Now back in the UK with her family, Rosie returns with sharpened commercial instinct, resilience, and a fresh perspective. Passionate, proactive, and relationship-led, she is committed to connecting legal talent within the Property Law sector, to leading firms in the South East.
