The Opportunity

Are you a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer looking for a role where quality matters more than volume, caseloads are manageable and your development is genuinely supported?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and highly regarded residential property team in Nottinghamshire.

This is a great opportunity for an NQ Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and progressive environment.

The Role

You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New-build transactions
• Shared ownership
• Right to Buy
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• General residential property matters
• Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
• Providing clear, high-quality advice and client care
• Building strong and lasting client relationships

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• NQ+ experience as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner.
• Solid residential conveyancing experience.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisation and file management abilities.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach.
• The ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards.
• A positive and collaborative attitude.
