The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling matters including:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build purchases
• Shared ownership matters

About You

You will be:

• A Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experienced in running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Client-focused with excellent communication skills
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware
• Looking for a firm where you can build a long-term future
