My client, a highly respected and long-established law firm with offices in North Lancashire are seeking to appoint 2 Commercial Property Solicitors to join their successful team, with potential for partnership for the right candidate in the near future.

They pride themselves on providing an excellent service to their clients through the warm and friendly way in which they interact amongst themselves, clients and intermediaries.

My client is a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked law firm and the firm’s offices offer excellent working environments and a really supportive and friendly team atmosphere.

The ideal candidates will have excellent technical skills and will be able to manage a broad commercial property-based caseload. They will be focussed on providing a personal, high-quality service to our established client base and be excellent team players.

The varied caseload will involve dealing with a wide range of commercial property work including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, refinances, option and promotion development agreements and other complex property transactions.

The positions will suit established fee earners requiring minimal supervision and who are looking to spread their wings and develop their careers.

The roles will be predominantly based at their Head Office working within the Commercial Property Department although some flexible home working is also available.

The salary is negotiable dependent upon the experience, but they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor of 3 years PQE and 6 years+ PQE.
