Conveyancing Assistant

My client is a Property Law specialist based in Surrey who are looking to grow their expanding team.

They have an opening for an experienced Legal Assistant to join their team and are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience within a similar role and must be fully familiar and confident with the full Conveyancing transaction.

You will support a Conveyancer with a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases including one-off new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

The salary on this role is up to £26,000 plus parking permit or train allowance up to £1500.00 per annum, plus company bonus scheme worth usually £1000 – £2000 per annum.
