My client, a highly reputable, full-service law firm is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their property department in Bridgenorth. The firm is looking for someone who is passionate about Property Law and is looking to progress and further their career within conveyancing. The firm deal with quality over quantity work and are looking for someone who is looking for a client facing postion to provide excellent client care.
To be considered you must have at least one years’ experience as an assistant or paralegal supporting within residential conveyancing.
On a day-to-day basis you will be the support to an experienced Conveyancer, as well as running a small caseload of your own consisting of sale and purchase files, freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity. You must be able to hit the ground running as a conveyancing paralegal under supervision. Our client is looking for a team player who is eager to develop and progress.
