This Protest team has led the field in protest law for over a decade. They’ve helped shape modern protest defence. They are also actively involved in cases dealing with the application of terrorism legislation to protest.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Develop your advocacy skills in Magistrates’ and Crown Court proceedings

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 0–3 years PQE
  • Police Station Accreditation is essential; duty status is desirable
  • Prior experience in criminal defence preferred
  • A strong interest in protest law, civil liberties, and human rights
  • A team player with a proactive and compassionate approach
