We’re are seeking a talented and driven NQ–3+ PQE Criminal Defence Solicitor to join a highly regarded Crime team – one of the country’s leading criminal defence practices.

We are looking for a Criminal Defence Solicitor (NQ to 3+ years PQE) who shares our ethos and drive. The role will involve:

• Managing your own caseload of criminal defence matters
• Representing clients at the police station, Magistrates’ and Crown Court
• Engaging with a wide variety of clients, including those involved in sensitive or high-profile cases
• Contributing to the team’s development and supporting junior team members where appropriate
• Staying abreast of legal developments and demonstrating a commitment to continued professional growth

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ–3+ PQE in criminal law)
• Police Station Accreditation (desirable but not essential)
• Passion for criminal justice and human rights
• Strong advocacy, communication, and case management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to the firm’s values of integrity, fairness, and access to justice
