Location: Walsall and Cannock Offices

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving our clients expansion plans while delivering high-quality service to clients. You’ll need at least 6 years of experience handling privately funded cases such as:
- Divorce Proceedings & Separation
- Children Act Proceedings
- Financial Provision
- Injunction Applications
- Schedule 1 Children Act Matters
- Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of family law matters.
- Supervise and mentor less experienced team members.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to grow and expand the Family Law Department.
- Engage in marketing and business development activities for yourself, the team, and the firm.
