Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients in person, via telephone, and email
- Produce accurate and detailed work to ensure excellence in legal services
- Maintain files and ensure efficient case management of care matters
- Draft documentation including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, attendance notes, and statements of evidence
- Record time in accordance with the Firm’s policy and prepare bills as necessary
- Attend to clients at court with counsel
- Undertake typing work for fee earners as required
- Make appointments for clients
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Attend department meetings as required
Requirements:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
