Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients in person, via telephone, and email
  • Produce accurate and detailed work to ensure excellence in legal services
  • Maintain files and ensure efficient case management of care matters
  • Draft documentation including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, attendance notes, and statements of evidence
  • Record time in accordance with the Firm’s policy and prepare bills as necessary
  • Attend to clients at court with counsel
  • Undertake typing work for fee earners as required
  • Make appointments for clients
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Attend department meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Law degree or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
