Family Solicitor

Our client is an established and highly regarded boutique law firm with a strong reputation in family law, and they’re seeking an experienced Private Family Solicitor (experienced NQ to 3 years PQE) to join its close-knit and forward-thinking team. The firm also operates respected conveyancing and private client departments.

This is a modern, paperless practice that embraces technology, using case management software and digital dictation to support efficiency and flexible working, including the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. The team works in an open-plan office that promotes a collaborative and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will take on an existing caseload of private family law matters, including children issues, divorce, and financial remedy cases. While the firm holds a legal aid contract, this role will focus predominantly on private-paying clients.

Advocacy is actively encouraged within the firm, which undertakes a significant amount of its own court work. The incoming solicitor will be supported in developing their advocacy skills further.
