Financial Remedy Solicitor  – Nottingham (Hybrid Working)
Location: Nottingham or Derby (with some remote working)
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Benefits + Bonus Scheme
An established and specialist family law firm is seeking a talented and driven Financial Remedy Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced Matrimonial Finance team and contribute to the continued success of the practice.
You’ll be working across a broad range of family law finance matters with full support and structured opportunities for professional development. This firm is committed to access to justice and values strong ethics, collaboration, and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
The Role

  • Handle your own caseload of financial remedy matters following separation or divorce
  • Work closely with senior solicitors on high-value and complex matrimonial finance cases
  • Engage with clients from initial instruction through to final resolution
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships and maintain high client care standards
  • Contribute to the continued development of the matrimonial finance team
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple office locations
  • Participate in business development and internal knowledge sharing

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (matrimonial finance focus preferred)
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ability to build and manage your own caseload independently
  • Motivated, commercially aware, and a strong team player
  • Creative and solutions-focused approach
  • Commitment to personal development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the team
