A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing team in Leamington Spa. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and children issues
  • Advocacy work as and when required
  • Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and referrers
  • Supporting the development of the department, including networking and growing the client base
  • Handling matters in a timely, cost-effective, and commercially-minded manner
  • Keeping up to date with family law developments and ensuring legal knowledge remains current
  • Using case management systems effectively to stay organised and efficient

Candidate Requirements

  • Ideally a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE (CILEX and CLC qualified professionals will also be considered)
  • Proven track record of independently managing a busy family law caseload
  • Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
  • Commercial awareness and experience of working to financial targets
  • IT literate, with experience using case management software
  • Personable, proactive and confident handling client enquiries in person, via phone and online
