Head of Family Law

This presents a remarkable chance for an experienced family law solicitor with robust leadership abilities to drive the expansion and advancement of a family law team.

The Role

As the leader of the family department at their Birmingham office, you’ll oversee a team while handling a diverse caseload. The family department deals with a wide range of matters, including:
– Care Proceedings and PLO matters
– Divorce and finances
– Private Law Children
– Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders
– General family matters, including disputes involving unmarried couples and cohabitation

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who can hit the ground running, demonstrating a strong understanding of family law and a proactive approach to client representation Previous experience in training or mentoring junior staff is beneficial.
