A well-regarded and growing law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its team based in Bury. With over 100 staff across nine offices in North Lancashire and Greater Manchester, the firm is known for its commitment to legal excellence, innovation, and exceptional client service.

The role involves regular travel between offices and to clients’ homes, hospitals, or care facilities, so access to a vehicle is essential. The successful candidate will have 4+ years PQE and a strong track record in wills, probate, and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting wills and LPAs, including complex wills involving trusts, businesses, or agricultural assets
• Advising on estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation, and Deeds of Variation
• Managing probate and estate administration, including asset distribution and tax compliance
• Registering and implementing trusts created through wills
• Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients throughout
• Supporting business development through networking and local engagement
• Maintaining compliance with professional standards and confidentiality protocols
