Real Estate Paralegal

My client was founded 6 years ago and due to continued significant growth and some upcoming projects, they are looking to recruit a Paralegal or a graduate (LPC not necessary) to join their growing Real Estate Team.

The Team currently comprises 8 fee earners including a Partner and three solicitors, 3 other paralegals and a trainee solicitor. The role will be primarily based in their head office in Chorley, Lancashire but with the option to work one or two days a week from their Manchester office if required.

The role is a general paralegal role but you will also work on specific projects for clients including volume security release work for lenders. Whilst experience is welcome it is not necessary as training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they are organised, diligent and can apply themselves to varied situations. There is immediate client contact and you will be working with borrower’s solicitors to achieve the desired outcome for our clients and their customers following defined processes.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team that operate outside of the traditional law firm model. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to building internal and external relationships is key.

They can offer hours to suit part time LPC study as well as those doing part time degrees.
