Real Estate Solicitor

My client is a highly regarded national law firm based in the city of Leeds who are looking for 2 experienced Real Estate Solicitor’s to join their successful team. In this role there will be no hurdles to progression ahead of you and there is a very realistic chance of promotion for the right candidates once settled due to the current structure of the team that will allow this.

The role

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you’ll play a pivotal role in their dynamic team. Your responsibilities will span a wide spectrum, including:

Investment work: You’ll assist in the acquisition and disposal of investment properties across England and Wales spanning various sectors including industrial and retail, and then be involved with asset management work.

Development work: Providing support in acquisitions, site assembly, dealing with land promotion agreements, option agreements and easements, whether on behalf of developer or owner/occupier clients. Liaising with their planning and construction teams.

General commercial real estate work: Dealing with a wide caseload and supporting their wider real estate unit, whether acting on behalf of retail clients, owners or commercial occupiers. You’ll also have the chance to work on a major project, partnering with a national provider of EV chargers.

Corporate Support: Your expertise will extend to providing essential corporate support. Whether it’s navigating complex transactions or ensuring compliance, your insights will be invaluable.

Real estate finance: You’ll be part of their REF team, working with their impressive list of national banks and funders on various transactions.
Telecoms: You’ll help supervise their team dealing with the intricate world of telecoms. Understanding the legal nuances related to telecommunications infrastructure.

New Business Development: As a forward-thinking Solicitor, you’ll actively contribute to developing new business opportunities. Your strategic insights will shape their growth trajectory.

Joining their vibrant team in Leeds, you’ll collaborate with seasoned professionals who share your passion for Real Estate law. Their team focuses on international and UK market-leading retailers, hotel operators, and private equity investor owners.

The person

Experience: You’ll have 2 to 4 years’ PQE as a commercial Real Estate Solicitor with exposure to relevant commercial Real Estate matters.
