Residential Conveyancer

My client is a growing independent law firm based in the North East, based just north of Newcastle, who are now looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team due to ongoing organic growth and to fit in with the firm’s impressive expansion plans for 2024 and beyond.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to join a thriving business and work in a location away from the hectic pace of Newcastle city centre!!!

The role will be working on a mixed and varied caseload of residential property files; including Leasehold and New Build and requires candidates to have at least 2 years’ experience as a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor and be able to work unsupervised.

The role will begin with a brand-new caseload, so no need to take over someone else’s mess that has been left behind!!! The position will be fully supported by an experienced Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal on a side-by-side basis, along with the use of an exceptional case management system.

The ideal Residential Conveyancer will be ambitious, have strong conveyancing technical skills, be organised and above all be extremely client care orientated. They are creating a vibrant and relaxed working environment and the pipeline is fed by a well-established local network of referrers based on the owner’ experience and standing in the industry.

Salary will be competitive based on experience level but please feel free to specify what you are looking for in that regard. There is also a realistic bonus scheme and free parking at their modern offices away from the city.
