Residential Conveyancer | Grantham
A highly regarded regional firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their busy team in Grantham.
The conveyancing team is well established and knowledgeable in its field of expertise. As part of the team you will be involved in the full range of conveyancing transactions to include sales, purchases, transfers of equity and post completion work.
About you:
- Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ experience running their own caseload from instruction to completion
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
