Residential Conveyancer

My client is a well-known and recognised law firm based in Yorkshire, they are one of the top 20 practices in the region with a national reputation for providing a quality service.

They are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer for their York office due to their continuing expansion.

The role involves managing a busy caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of freehold and leasehold transactions and be able to work with minimum supervision once trained on their Case Management System and processes.

You will also be motivated and able to create a solid client base in and around the area and will pride themselves on delivering a first-class service throughout the entire conveyancing process.

The salary for this role will be competitive based on the experience of the candidate but I would always look to push for an increase on current salary. There are additional benefits along with career progression opportunities.
