Residential Property Solicitor/Fee Earner

Are you looking for a Residential Conveyancing role based in Wakefield?

My Clients are a Law Society accredited firm based in West Yorkshire, they have over 100 years’ experience acting for individuals and businesses throughout the region.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their established team. As a fee earner you will be responsible for a caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception through to completion.

You will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Freehold and Leasehold
• Help to Buy
• New build (purchase and sale)
• Right to Buy
• Shared ownership
• Mortgages/Re-mortgages

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role and the ability to run a busy case-load under minimal supervision, from initial instruction through to post completion.

You will be an excellent communicator who exercises high standards and places great importance on client relations.

Salary will be competitive based on experience with 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, company pension, subsidised parking and employee discount. Part-time will be considered but the role is expected to be office based.
