Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive – Peterborough
 
Clayton Legal are delighted to be assisting a highly regarded regional firm who are seeking an experienced conveyancer to join their busy team in Peterborough. Salary up to £45,000.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse residential property caseload, overseeing all aspects of the conveyancing transaction.

Candidates should ideally have:

• Managing and running a full caseload of freehold sales, leasehold sales, freehold purchases, leasehold purchases, new build properties, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and non-statutory lease extensions.
• Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, from instruction through to completion.
• Must be able to demonstrate technical knowledge on all aspects of the process.
• Preparing contract packs, dealing with client e-mails.
• Pre-Contract work to include preparing contract packs and replying to Enquiries.
• Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
• Communicating with lenders, estate agents and mortgage advisors.
