The Role
As an Associate, you'll manage a portfolio of complex Serious Injury claims, predominantly arising from RTA matters, with values ranging from £150,000 to multi-million-pound settlements.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading case strategy from inception through to settlement
- Managing liability, quantum, rehabilitation, and litigation issues
- Securing early interim payments and rehabilitation funding
- Working alongside medical experts, counsel, case managers, care experts, architects, and financial specialists
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Delivering exceptional outcomes through a collaborative, client-focused approach
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX status with significant post-qualification experience (typically 8+ years PQE)
- Experience handling complex, high-value Serious Injury matters
- Strong technical expertise in liability, quantum, and litigation strategy
- The ability to manage complex cases independently
- Previous mentoring or supervisory experience
- Excellent client care and communication skills
