The Role

As an Associate, you'll manage a portfolio of complex Serious Injury claims, predominantly arising from RTA matters, with values ranging from £150,000 to multi-million-pound settlements.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading case strategy from inception through to settlement
  • Managing liability, quantum, rehabilitation, and litigation issues
  • Securing early interim payments and rehabilitation funding
  • Working alongside medical experts, counsel, case managers, care experts, architects, and financial specialists
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Delivering exceptional outcomes through a collaborative, client-focused approach

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX status with significant post-qualification experience (typically 8+ years PQE)
  • Experience handling complex, high-value Serious Injury matters
  • Strong technical expertise in liability, quantum, and litigation strategy
  • The ability to manage complex cases independently
  • Previous mentoring or supervisory experience
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
