Childcare Solicitor
We’re working with one of the largest Childcare teams in the East Midlands, who are continuing to grow and are looking to appoint an experienced Childcare Solicitor. You’ll be joining a specialist team acting for children across England, with the opportunity to work on a varied and rewarding caseload.
Ideally, you’ll have 5+ years’ PQE and be Children’s Panel accredited, or working towards accreditation. A current Guardian following would also be welcomed.
You’ll have experience across a range of childcare matters, including:

Care proceedings
-
EPOs
-
Special guardianship and adoption
-
Private law applications, including Rule 16.4 instructions

Separate representation of competent children
The role would suit someone who combines strong advocacy skills with a genuine passion for Childcare law. The ability to provide clear, practical advice while offering compassionate support to clients is essential.
