The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and growing litigation team. You'll manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to conclusion, working on a broad range of civil disputes while delivering outstanding client service.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of Civil Litigation matters.
• Handle contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, contentious probate and general civil disputes.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and court applications.
• Conduct negotiations, ADR and represent clients where required.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, costs and risk.
• Work closely with Counsel, experts and third parties while ensuring compliance with court deadlines.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Civil Litigation.
• Confident managing your own litigated caseload.
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, commercially aware and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
