Are you a passionate Clinical Negligence Fee Earner looking to take the next step in your career with a highly regarded and supportive team?
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Negligence Fee Earner to join our thriving and expanding Clinical Negligence Department. This is a permanent, full-time position primarily based from our modern Coventry office, with occasional travel to our other office locations.
This opportunity would suit a newly qualified Solicitor or CILEx professional with relevant pre-qualification experience, through to approximately 5 years PQE, who is looking to handle high-quality work within a successful and well-established team.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, working alongside experienced specialists on a wide range of complex and rewarding cases. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, demonstrate strong technical ability, and consistently achieve fee-earning targets.
The team handles a broad range of claimant clinical negligence matters, including:
- Birth Injury Claims
- Gynaecological Negligence
- Brain and Spinal Injury Claims
- Cancer Misdiagnosis and Delay Claims
- Fatal Claims and Inquests
- Eye Injury Claims
- Vascular and Cardiac Negligence Claims
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx status (or be newly qualified with substantial clinical negligence experience gained prior to qualification)
- Experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters
- The ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong organisational and case management abilities
- A proven track record of meeting fee-earning targets
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
