Commercial Litigation Associate / Senior Associate

A well-established specialist commercial law firm in the North West is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated solicitor to become part of a busy, partner-led department handling a broad range of complex and high-value disputes.

The firm is recognised for its expertise across key areas including Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Commercial Property, Corporate, Commercial and Intellectual Property law. The litigation team advises a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, corporates, directors, shareholders, investors, lenders, landlords/tenants and private individuals on business-critical disputes.

The successful candidate will join an experienced and collaborative disputes team, gaining exposure to sophisticated and varied litigation matters. The role offers responsibility for managing your own caseload, direct client contact and the opportunity to play an active role in the continued growth and development of the department.

Candidates should ideally have 5+ years' PQE, strong technical ability and a commercial approach, together with a desire to further develop their career within a firm that genuinely supports progression and professional development.
