With over 20 years’ experience as a specialist legal recruiter. Chris focuses exclusively on Risk & Compliance and Employment appointments across the UK legal sector.

He works closely with law firms to source and secure high-caliber professionals within compliance, regulatory, AML, risk management, and employment law. Supporting everything from strategic senior hires to key team growth. He understands the increasing regulatory pressures and commercial challenges facing modern law firms, and prides himself on identifying talent that strengthens governance, protects reputation, and drives sustainable growth.

His approach is consultative and relationship-led. He’ll take the time to understand each firm’s culture, structure, and long-term objectives, ensuring every placement is aligned, not just technically, but strategically. Equally, he supports candidates with honest market insight, discretion, and guidance to help them make informed career decisions.
