We're working with a well-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm in London that is looking to strengthen its growing Commercial Property team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ PQE).

You'll be joining a highly regarded team, working closely with experienced Partners on a varied and interesting caseload, with the autonomy to take ownership of matters and the support to continue developing your career.

THE ROLE

You'll be involved in a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, including:

  • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Landlord and tenant matters.
  • Property finance transactions.
  • Corporate support transactions.
  • General commercial property asset management.
  • High-value and complex property transactions.
  • Managing your own caseload and building strong client relationships.
  • Working closely with Partners and the wider property team.
  • Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives.

You'll have genuine client exposure, the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters and the chance to work alongside experienced Partners on sophisticated transactions.

ABOUT YOU

We're keen to hear from Commercial Property Solicitors who:

  • Have 4+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
  • Have strong experience in acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant and property finance.
  • Have trained or worked within a respected City, West End or highly regarded regional law firm.
  • Have strong academics and a consistent career history.
  • Are confident managing their own caseload and dealing directly with clients.
  • Have a commercial, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Are interested in business development and developing long-term client relationships.
