COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER -  CHELMSFORD

Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE Chelmsford Hybrid & flexible working available ⏰ Full-time or part-time considered

I'm working with a fantastic, well-established law firm in Chelmsford who are looking to expand their Commercial Property team!

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation, a supportive team and a varied commercial property caseload.

What's involved? You'll manage your own caseload while supporting senior colleagues on more complex transactions, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions.
• Commercial leases, acting for landlords and tenants.
• Property finance and refinancing.
• Development work and planning agreements.
• Title issues, easements and covenants.

What are they looking for?

• At least 2 years' UK legal practice experience in property law.
• Experience in commercial property transactions.
• Strong technical knowledge and client care skills.
• Someone proactive, organised and commercially minded.
• A confident individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
