I am currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run law firm with an excellent reputation across Greater Manchester, for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.

Established for over 60 years, the firm has grown from its local roots and now operates across five offices throughout Greater Manchester. They have built their reputation on providing expert legal advice alongside a genuinely friendly, approachable and accessible service.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, acting for a range of business clients.

Your work is likely to include:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases, renewals and assignments
• Property development work
• Investment transactions
• Property finance
• Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion

About You

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with experience in Commercial Property and will ideally be comfortable managing their own caseload and dealing directly with clients.
