I’m currently working with a well-established law firm that is looking to add an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to its Bedford office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied commercial property caseload and wants to join a friendly, collaborative team where you’ll have the opportunity to build on your existing experience.

The role will include:

• Commercial property sales and purchases
• Sale of business assets
• Property auction transactions
• Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages
• Landlord & Tenant work, including leases, renewals, assignments, subletting, alterations and surrenders
• Pension scheme transactions, including in-specie transactions
• Land Registry applications and first registrations
• Adverse possession matters
• Section 25 notices
• Acting for management companies

What they're looking for:

Ideally, you'll be a qualified Solicitor with a solid commercial property background, strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively.

They're looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and confident dealing with a broad range of property matters.
