We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established firm with over 200 years of heritage, based at either the Kettering or Corby office.
This role suits someone who values building strong client relationships and wishes to be more than just the person managing the legal work. You will have the chance to maintain an established client base, cultivate new connections, and contribute to the growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters and related transactions
- Take ownership of your client portfolio, fostering strong and lasting relationships
- Understand clients’ needs proactively and provide tailored legal advice
- Support Partners and wider team members as required
- Engage in networking and business development activities to expand your client base
- Enjoy the autonomy to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a solicitor with approximately 5 to 10 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) specialising in commercial property, confident in managing both caseload and client relationships independently.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a strong commercial property background
- Demonstrate a proven track record of consistent billing
- Be confident in direct client engagement
- Exhibit a personable, approachable, and commercially minded attitude
- Enjoy building relationships and contributing to business development
- Be ambitious, with a clear interest in progressing towards partnership
