Commercial Property Solicitor

I'm currently working with a highly regarded, well-established law firm in the North East that is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

The Opportunity

You'll manage your own caseload of Commercial Property matters, acting for a diverse client base that includes businesses, developers, investors and landlords. The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions and the opportunity to work alongside experienced property professionals within a collaborative team.

Your caseload is likely to include:

• Commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases
• Property refinancing
• Development and investment transactions
• Business sales and acquisitions involving commercial property
• Ongoing client advisory work

About You

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, experienced Commercial Property Fee Earners with a proven track record of managing their own caseload.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Around 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience
• Experience handling a broad range of Commercial Property transactions
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
