Location: Leicester   Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience   Hybrid: 1-2 days remote working

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established, busy property team in Leicester, serving a strong and loyal client base.

This role suits a confident solicitor who can manage their own caseload and is ready to make an immediate impact. You will receive support from experienced commercial property colleagues, but must be comfortable taking ownership of a high-billing, busy caseload.

The Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will independently manage an established caseload, delivering exceptional service to a well-regarded client portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a varied and busy commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Taking ownership of matters and working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, while developing existing business.
• Handling a significant workload whilst maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across the wider property team.
• Assuming responsibility for an established, high-billing desk and contributing to its ongoing success.

About You

We seek a confident and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who can seamlessly manage their own workload and step into a demanding caseload with ease.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Substantial experience in commercial property law.
• A proven track record of managing an independent caseload.
• The confidence and initiative to lead a busy, high-billing desk.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach.
• The ability to work independently and deliver results from day one.
