Salary

£50,000+ depending on experience, capability and level of responsibility

The Opportunity

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional to manage high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm prioritises exceptional client service and manageable caseloads, enabling its solicitors to provide practical, high-calibre advice rather than working within a volume-driven framework.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a diverse commercial property caseload, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial lease agreements
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Refinancing and secured lending transactions
• General commercial property advice
• Supporting business clients across various sectors

This role offers a high degree of autonomy while providing access to experienced colleagues and leadership support when needed.

About You

We welcome applications from qualified solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE who can demonstrate:

• Strong experience in commercial property law
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving skills
• Effective organisational and case management abilities
• A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
