An established and growing law firm in the Gloucester area is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and develop the firm's regulatory and risk management framework.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of legal compliance, including SRA regulations, AML, GDPR, and risk management. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the firm maintains the highest standards of compliance while supporting best practice across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Manage AML, GDPR, and SRA compliance processes.
• Develop and maintain firm-wide compliance policies.
• Deliver compliance training and guidance to staff.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates.
