Residential Conveyancer

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for a role where you can develop your skills, work alongside experienced property professionals and have genuine support around you?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large and established residential conveyancing team in Leicester, working as part of a collaborative structure alongside experienced conveyancing professionals.

You'll work closely with a qualified Conveyancing Team Leader and Paralegal, sharing responsibility for progressing transactions efficiently from instruction through to post-completion.

The Role

You'll undertake a varied range of residential conveyancing work, including:

• Managing sale enquiries and liaising with clients and third parties.
• Reviewing mortgage offers and searches.
• Conducting title checks and raising enquiries.
• Preparing client reports.
• Liaising with lenders regarding redemptions, mortgage releases and Certificates of Title.
• Preparing completion statements, invoices and undertakings.
• Handling completion correspondence and keeping clients and agents updated.
• Preparing SDLT returns and supporting post-completion matters.
• Maintaining accurate case management records.
• Supporting referrer relationships and delivering high standards of client care.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience within residential conveyancing.
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
