An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Fee Earner to join a nationally recognised Abuse Compensation Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a specialist area of personal injury litigation, with full training and ongoing support provided.

Working across both Civil Abuse Claims and Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) matters, you'll play a key role in helping survivors secure the justice and compensation they deserve while developing your own legal expertise.

The Role

You will support the team on a varied caseload of Civil and CICA claims, assisting with matters from initial instruction through to conclusion. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, liaising with clients, managing case files and providing outstanding client care in what is often a sensitive area of law.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent organisational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

Good IT skills and confidence working in a paper-lite environment.

A general understanding of Personal Injury litigation.

Previous experience within Personal Injury or litigation is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
