The Role

You'll manage a caseload of Fast Track litigated RTA claims from inception through to conclusion, ensuring excellent client outcomes while working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing litigated Fast Track RTA claims
• Handling liability and causation disputes
• Assessing liability and quantum
• Reviewing medical evidence and drafting schedules of loss
• Negotiating settlements and advising on litigation risks
• Liaising with clients, experts, insurers, and counsel
• Attending hearings where appropriate
• Delivering exceptional client care throughout the claims process

About You

You'll have:

• Significant experience managing your own litigated Fast Track RTA caseload
• Strong drafting, litigation, and negotiation skills
• A solid understanding of CPR, relevant legislation, and case law
• Experience using case management systems
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes
