The Role
You'll play a key role within the litigation team, managing a varied caseload while delivering practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
Your work will include:
- Managing property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, and contractual property issues
- Handling contentious probate matters and estate disputes
- Advising clients across a range of wider litigation matters
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and settlement agreements
- Conducting legal research and developing effective case strategies
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Qualified Solicitor status with experience in Property Litigation and Contentious Probate
- Exposure to a broad range of litigation matters

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using legal research and case management systems
