£40,000+ dependent on experience, expertise and level of responsibility

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking Residential Property Solicitors and Licenced Conveyancers to join its expanding conveyancing team.

The Role

The successful candidate will confidently manage a residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Right to Buy transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• General residential property advice

They will be expected to handle cases efficiently while maintaining the highest standard of client care throughout the transaction process.

About You

• Experienced residential conveyancing fee earners

• Proven residential conveyancing experience
