I'm Hiring - Personal Injury Fee Earner (Pain-Related Injury Claims)

Are you an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner looking for your next challenge?

I'm looking for someone who knows their stuff, enjoys getting stuck into a varied caseload and genuinely cares about getting the best outcomes for their clients.

You'll be managing your own caseload of specialist pain-related injury claims, covering both Intermediate Track and Multi-Track matters. I need someone confident in running cases independently, spotting potential issues early and knowing how to move claims forward effectively.

What will you be doing?

 

  • Managing your own caseload from start to finish.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and keeping them informed throughout their claim.
  • Investigating claims, obtaining medical evidence, and developing case strategies.
  • Negotiating settlements and dealing with Counsel, experts, and other stakeholders.
  • Identifying client vulnerabilities and making sure they receive the right support.
  • Supporting and sharing your knowledge with junior members of the team.
  • Keeping on top of deadlines, targets, and case progression.

What am I looking for?

I'm open to hearing from qualified Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers or experienced Personal Injury Fee Earners who can confidently manage their own caseload.

Ideally, you'll have:

 

  • Experience handling claimant personal injury claims.
  • Good knowledge of MOJ, Intermediate Track and Multi-Track work.
  • A sound understanding of CPR and relevant legislation.
  • Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • A good eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for client care.
