Grade A Personal Injury Solicitor

Location: Eton, with occasional travel to other offices

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Grade A Personal Injury Solicitor to manage a caseload of moderate to high-value claimant Personal Injury matters, with a focus on EL/PL and Industrial Disease claims.

You will be responsible for progressing your own cases, providing high-quality client care and supporting partners and senior solicitors on more complex matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own claimant Personal Injury caseload.
• Handle litigation and ensure cases progress efficiently and in line with relevant procedures and regulations.
• Assess and apply medical evidence to claims.
• Maintain high standards of client care and communication.
• Manage WIP, disbursements, billing, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance and high-quality standards across your work.
• Support and mentor junior fee earners.
• Contribute to the wider objectives of the team and business.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with a current Practising Certificate.
• Strong claimant Personal Injury experience, particularly EL/PL.
• Grade A solicitor with strong litigation experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and time management.
• Able to work independently, use initiative and solve problems.
• Professional, empathetic and client focused.
• Commercially aware with good IT skills and experience of case management systems.
