We’re working with an award-winning, nationally recognised Personal Injury team based in Brighton & Hove, ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, and recently named by The Sunday Times as one of the UK’s leading personal injury firms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to 4 years’ PQE to join a high-performing and supportive team, gaining exposure to complex, high-value catastrophic injury work while developing your specialist expertise.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of multi-track personal injury matters while supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-value claims, including:

  • Catastrophic brain and spinal injuries
  • Amputation claims
  • Other high-value serious injury matters

You will be actively involved in case progression and will have regular exposure to senior team members, allowing you to develop strong technical expertise in serious injury litigation.

About You

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive status (NQ–4 PQE)
  • Previous personal injury experience (essential)
  • Experience with multi-track matters (desirable)
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development

Please note: This role is hybrid; however, candidates should be based in the South East as client visits (including home and hospital visits) will be required.
