I'm working with a growing law firm that is expanding its Private Client department and is looking to bring an experienced Wills & Probate Executive into the team.

This is a genuine growth opportunity - the role has been created due to continued expansion within the department, so you'll be joining a team that is growing and developing rather than simply filling an existing vacancy.

Who are they looking for?

You'll ideally have 2-4 years' PQE and solid experience within non-contentious Private Client work.

Most importantly, they're looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, is confident providing advice and wants to be part of a supportive team where they can continue to develop.

What will you be doing?

You’ll have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload and work directly with clients across:

• Wills and Will writing
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Inheritance Tax and general tax matters
• Advising clients on their Private Client needs
• Dealing with client enquiries and building strong client relationships
• Handling securities and deeds
• Setting up new accounts and managing files

The firm is deliberately not putting a fixed salary on the role. They are happy to have an open conversation around what the right candidate is looking for and what their experience warrants.
